Shipping and delivery

Every Leaf & Loom piece is packed by hand and sent with care. This page explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes. The exact shipping cost for your country is always shown in your order summary at checkout, before you confirm and pay.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. That includes the Netherlands, the rest of Benelux (Belgium and Luxembourg), the rest of Europe, and destinations right across the rest of the world. You can see the full list of countries we ship to in the checkout. Parcels going outside Europe may need a little extra time in transit, and any customs charges or import duties due in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping rates

We use simple flat rates by zone, based on the delivery country:

• Netherlands: €5
• Benelux (Belgium and Luxembourg): €10
• Rest of Europe: €15
• Rest of the world: €25

Free shipping applies to shop orders with a goods subtotal of €60 or more that ship to a European zone (Netherlands, Benelux or the rest of Europe). Orders to the rest of the world always pay the flat rate above.

Made-to-order pieces from the design studio are each made and posted individually, so every made-to-order piece always pays the flat zone rate — the free-shipping threshold does not apply to them.

These rates may be adjusted from time to time, so the exact cost for your country is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

We dispatch in-stock pieces within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are made by hand and take roughly 2 to 4 weeks; we will let you know the expected timing for your order.

As a legal backstop, we deliver within 30 days at the latest unless we have agreed otherwise with you (Art. 7:9 BW).

Carrier and tracking

Orders ship with PostNL. Where a tracked service is available, we email you a tracking link or number so you can follow your parcel on its way.

Risk during delivery

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive them (Art. 7:11 BW).

Cost shown before you pay

The shipping cost for your country appears in the order summary at checkout, before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.

Returns

If you would like to return something, please see our returns and right of withdrawal policy. Please note that you bear the direct cost of return shipping.
